Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when engaging Elevate Surfacing Ltd for surfacing works. They form the basis of the agreement between us and our clients.

Quotations
All quotations are prepared following an on site survey and are valid for thirty days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of works
The scope of works is set out in the accepted quotation. Any variations requested during the works will be agreed in writing and may adjust the price and programme.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the accepted quotation. Invoices are payable in accordance with those terms.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for ten years, subject to reasonable use and maintenance. Material guarantees are provided by the manufacturers.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
